This equipment is primarily dedicated to drilling and stamping large-size, high-strength angle steel utilized in transmission line towers. All holes required on the angle steel can be processed on this production line, which features superior hole quality, precise positional accuracy, as well as high production efficiency and automation capabilities.

Product Features:


1. High automation level. The production line is furnished with an automatic loading device (comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading frame), an automatic discharging device, and an automatic feeding device. All holes and steel mark markings on the angle steel can be completed in a single pass through the production line, with no manual assistance required during processing, thereby significantly reducing workers' labor intensity.

(1)The frame and base plate are fabricated from high-quality structural steel (Q345) welded assemblies, and the entire machine adheres to the standards specified in General Technical Conditions for CNC System of Machine Tools, Technical Conditions for Welded Parts of Forging and Pressing Machinery, Technical Conditions for Metal Cutting Machine Tools, and General Principles for Precision Inspection of Forging and Pressing Machinery.

(2)The welding quality of each welded component of the equipment complies with the relevant requirements of JB/T8609, and the length and spacing of intermittent welds are uniform.

(3)Forged parts must be free from defects such as delamination, folding, cracks, sand holes, and air holes.

(4)All welded metal components, as well as cast (forged) parts including the fuselage, worktable, base, and cylinder block, undergo tempering to eliminate internal stress.

(5)Key forgings, welds, and castings are subjected to flaw detection inspections, with internal defects and cracks strictly prohibited, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

2. The typing unit adopts a closed structure with high strength and stable performance. The printing unit is equipped with a bed support fixed on the machine base, a movable bed, and a hydraulic-driven press head character box. Printing operations are performed at the positions specified in the drawings in accordance with computer instructions. To expand the machine's processing range, a manual adjustment mechanism has been incorporated, which allows for adjusting the downward position of the movable body (i.e., the position of the character head) to accommodate the typing positions of angle steel with different specifications.
